Information we collect

When you request a quote by phone, email or our online form, we collect what you choose to give us:

• Your name, phone number and (optionally) email address
• Vehicle details such as year, make, model, condition and where it is located
• Any extra details you add in your message

To keep our forms free of spam and abuse, we also record technical details of each submission, such as your IP address, browser type, the page you submitted from and the time.

How we use it

• To prepare your cash offer and contact you about it
• To arrange pickup and complete the purchase paperwork if you accept
• To detect and block spam or fraudulent submissions
• To keep business, tax and legal records required for vehicle purchases

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don't add you to marketing lists.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business — for example our website host and email provider — and only as needed to provide those services, or where the law requires it.

Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are viewed and when a quote form is submitted). Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as pages visited and general location. You can opt out using Google's browser add-on or your browser's cookie settings.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that don't lead to a purchase are kept only as long as needed to follow up and then deleted. Records of completed vehicle purchases are kept for as long as required by law.
